How much does it cost to hire the Fizzy Filly?

Our hire cost is only £60 simply to cover cost of travel and licensing. It is however non refundable & payable upon booking to secure your slot.

What's Included with basic hire of the Fizzy Filly?

* Secures your chosen date

* Full bar hire of the horsebox bar for the duration of your event

* Cash & Card transactions taken

* We give you the option to customize the drinks menu

* A ten licence to allow the sale of alcohol at your event

* A full coffee and cold drinks menu also available

*Two friendly and smiley staff to run the bar

*Plastic cups and straws to match your choice of drink (glassware available for additional fee & if venue permits)

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes - we do ask for a minimum spend spend of £400 that is required for a cash bar, host bar & open bar in order to make the event worth attending for us as a small business.

Do you offer a dry hire service? 

Where the client provides alcohol: 

We are happy for clients to provide a portion of their own alcohol for a corkage fee to cover service & glassware.

For Example - if our lovely bride would like to serve her own table wine during their wedding breakfast this wouldn't be a problem. We would provide glassware and table service for this portion of her event, corkage fee would be £250.

Does the Fizzy Filly provide staff?

Yes, we always have a minimum of two members of friendly and happy staff. We can arrange for more if necessary, this depends on number of guests at your event.

Do you wear a uniform?

Yes, all Fizzy Filly staff will be dressed for the occasion, accompanied by our branded black and pink jackets & aprons.

Do you obtain a license?

Yes, we are required by law to have a license if we wish to provide/sell alcohol at any event. We will obtain the temporary events notice (TEN) from your local authority. The price of this is covered in your booking fee.

When do you set up?

We prefer to arrive two hours prior to the event to allow enough time to set up and ensure everything is in correct working order. Ideally we will visit the venue prior to the event to set up as quickly as possible. We are happy to liaise directly with the venue about this.

Do you need electric or water to be provided?

We prefer to have two electric plug sockets for electric. If this is not available, no worries at all, we would bring a generator with us, there may be an extra charge for the use of a generator, depending on distance to your event, this would be discussed with you prior to booking (please be aware of extra space needed for this also.) We also provide all water that is needed.

Alcohol Bar:

* Cocktails & Mocktails (these can be chosen by yourself and decorated to fit your theme/style if so desired)

What do you serve drinks in?

We use fully recyclable plastic wear that matches your drink of choice.

We can also provide Glassware at an additional cost of £2.00 per glass (all breakages must be paid for please)

Does the bar have to be outside?

The horsebox bar herself is to be held outside however, providing the space is big enough and we can access inside the building, we can have her inside. We also provide a bar service that does not include the horsebox (see question 15).

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance & have health and safety risk assessments for each event.

Do you do a regular bar?

Yes we offer a full bar for indoor events, this can also include the horsebox as well. We also do private cocktail nights and parties. With a verity of packages to suit everyone's event or party.

Where are you based & how far will you travel? 

We are based in the Lake District. We are happy to travel for a busy and lively event. Additional costs may occur if far away, please contact for further details.
